Welcome to Video Upscale (“we”, “our”, or “the App”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App provides professional AI video enhancement processing services, including but not limited to: video frame interpolation, FPS improvement, video super-resolution upscaling, 2K/4K ultra HD video quality upgrade, blurry video restoration, video detail optimization, and related technical support.
We reserve the right to update, optimize or adjust functional services at any time without prior notice to ensure better user experience.
You must be at least 16 years old or have full legal capacity to sign a binding agreement. By using this App, you confirm that you are legally eligible to accept these Terms and undertake corresponding rights and obligations.
All videos you upload are only used to complete your requested AI video enhancement services, including frame insertion, FPS boosting, and 2K/4K HD upscaling. You warrant that all uploaded content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, portrait rights, copyrights and other legitimate legal rights.
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded videos. We only process your video files locally or temporarily to deliver the requested services. We will not arbitrarily collect, store, leak or use your uploaded videos for additional commercial or unauthorized purposes.
You shall not use the App for illegal, abusive, infringing or harmful behaviors. It is prohibited to upload pornographic, violent, illegal, politically sensitive, discriminatory, copyrighted or other prohibited videos.
You agree not to use this platform for fraud, infringement, illegal dissemination or any behavior violating relevant national laws and regulations. We have the right to issue warnings, restrict functions or permanently terminate service access for users who violate the above rules.
We formulate relevant privacy protection statements to standardize the collection, use, storage and protection of user information, including uploaded videos, anonymous operation logs and device data during your use of the App.
Special Notice: Video Upscale will not actively collect, store or share users’ sensitive personal privacy data, personal identity information or private video content without user authorization. All video processing is for user-initiated enhancement only.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software code, UI interface, icons, copywriting, algorithm models, AI super-resolution and frame interpolation technology, belong to Video Upscale or its authorized licensors.
No user may copy, modify, decompile, distribute or use the App’s internal resources and copyrighted content for commercial purposes without written authorization.
We are not liable for service suspension, system failure or data loss caused by network exceptions, device failures, user improper operation or third-party factors.
We strive to provide stable frame interpolation and high-definition video enhancement effects, but do not guarantee that all generated videos can fully meet individual aesthetic expectations or device compatibility requirements.
All AI video enhancement effects are for personal use only. Users shall bear all risks arising from the use of generated videos.
Within the scope permitted by applicable laws, Video Upscale shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, accidental, special or consequential losses caused by your use or inability to use this App.
We can revise these Terms of Service at any time. The revised terms will be updated in the App with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the App after updates means you agree to the revised terms.
You may stop using this App voluntarily at any time. For users who seriously violate usage rules and legal regulations, we have the right to suspend or permanently close your service authority.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In case of any dispute, both parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people’s court where the developer is located for settlement.
